Lyga
Strengthening a community of future leaders
Lyga is a strategic human resources consultancy focused on Generation Z. Having originated as part of Wisnet, the company's purpose is to contribute to the development of the full potential of future Brazilian leaders. For the brand's name, we were inspired by the concept of community. Thus, in the word "Lyga," we found a stylized way to refer to the act of connecting, as well as the connection, alliance, or union between people.
Using an accessible, engaging, and modern language, the created identity dialogues both with the mutable aspect of the new generations and with the character of stability valued by companies. By associating different elements, such as colors and typefaces, we created a brand that values initially unusual mixtures, but which are guided by the pursuit of excellent and concrete results.
To reinforce the idea of combinations, the identity features boxes with rounded corners that interact and connect. When they extrapolate the limits of the screen, they create shapes and counter-shapes that imprint personality on the brand's visual communication. Lyga's color palette is composed of vibrant colors that translate the spirit of Generation Z and connect with essential qualities for personal and professional development.
