Congresso em Foco is one of Brazil's most credible and experienced political news outlets. For the platform's new visual identity, we combined the seriousness and credibility of an established newspaper with a fresh and versatile visual repertoire that reflects its attributes in a more contemporary language, consistent with the digital environment.
The proposal reinforced the stance of a media outlet that, by promoting dialogue and opening windows to greater scrutiny of Brazil's political activities, contributes to a healthy democratic system, assisting in the social monitoring of representatives. The proposed branding builds on the idea of using data about parliamentarians and proposes modular windows as visual resources that compose an elastic identity system.
By expanding the graphic repertoire, the possibilities for communication on the website and social media expand, consolidating a recognizable brand language. Focused on organizing the hierarchy of brands and creating an easily replicable system, the new identity moves away from state iconography to claim its independent place.
